Beautifully furnished one bedroom condo close to City Hall and Hays Street Restaurants. Comfortable, convenient and fully furnished. Owners utilize unit between guests because we live out of town and love staying here!
Opera Plaza & city ordinances requires a 30-day minimum stay. (Parking with direct access to unit available for $8.50 per day or easy street parking)
Opera Plaza condos are the residential part of the larger development that includes Max's Opera Cafe, Peet's Coffee, Bookstore, a five-screen movie theater, health club, pool, large spa, security, Muni transportation is nearby as well as other restaurants and services. The State Office Building, the SF Opera, the Symphony, City Hall across Golden Gate Avenue. The Federal Courthouse two blocks away on Golden Gate Avenue. See Sample Rental Agreement.

A fantastic stay

David was extremely attentive and helpful through the entire process. The apartment was beautiful clean and very conveniently located. Garage parking availability was a huge plus, would highly recommend!

Hosting Sun-ly and her partner was a truly pleasant experience. Every part of the process was smooth and coordinated from move in, interaction during their stay, to move out. We are proud how we prepare our property for guests. We were amazed, but not surprised, how every detail was left sparkling clean. Our ratings are 5 stars across the board but Sun-ly and her partner deserved more. They have potential reasons to return to San Francisco and I hope we have another opportunity to be their host.

Nice apartment in an excellent building

I spent 5 comfortable weeks in this apartment. It was great to have easy access to grocery and pharmacy, plus walking distance to lots of great restaurants and theaters. An added bonus was the parking attached to the apartment, as I went to Sonoma and Napa, as well Big Sur and Monterey. My hosts were great, and I highly recommend!

We really liked our stay at Opera Plaza. David is a very conscientious and thoughtful host and the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. The central location allowed us to get to different SF neighborhoods easily and we were right next to Hayes Valley. The apartment itself is spacious, elegant and comfortable

Great apartment for a long stay!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for a month. The apt is spacious for 2 people, and the balcony adds a great touch to the overall apartment. Everything was clean, and of great quality. David was extremely courteous and prompt in his replies and sharing information about the property. The building is well situated in a central location in SF, and everything we wanted to see or explore was pretty much at a nice walking distance. The staff at the building like the securiy and the concierge were very kind and cheerful as well. Thank you for a great experience!

The homiest condo!

Simply Amazing. My wife is a traveling nurse and we have stayed at a lot of apartments but none like this. David and Dede’s home was so comfy after our 3 month stent there we didn’t want to leave. They were very accommodating, and even flew to SF to welcome us, talk about care!! The apartment is beautifully furnished, and feels more like a home than a short term stay. As for Location, you’re in the middle of everything you are 10 minutes via car from everything, and if you don’t have a car you have the subway just 4 blocks away. I highly recommend you staying there!

Excellent host and condo

David communicated well and is an excellent host. When we first arrived he spent a good deal of time orienting us to the condo and the building. The condo was very light and bright, clean and well appointed, and had nice views. When there was a complication with the internet David quickly called the internet provider and solved the problem. The building itself is well maintained and secure. We enjoyed being so close to Davies Symphony Hall and the Opera House. We would highly recommend this host and his unit to anyone.

It was our pleasure to host Scott and Jill during their stay in San Francisco. Upon arriving, they gave us kind compliments about our home which we appreciated since we are particularly proud of our apartment. The flew in on the morning they checked in and met us as at the agreed to time. They updated the arrive plan by confirming their landing and while they were in route. They moved out on time and left the property in very satisfactory condition. We enjoyed meeting Jill & Scott and would welcome them back anytime.

Opera Plaza is a well located and well maintain property. We have been owners at Opera Plaza since it was new in 1982. The property has been maintained well and does not show it's age. Our unit has been upgraded and designed for comfort and convenience. We love staying there when every we can.
