Don’t book this!

Extremely downmarket and not as described. All fittings and fixtures are very low quality. Shower tiny, and water pressure non existent. Stench of drains from bathroom penetrated bedroom after a while. Room has no storage, and the desk was a console & no chair was provided. Road noise was extreme, even though on fourth floor. No lift to fourth floor, and of course no help with bags getting there. And the final straw, when the battery went flat on the door entry system to my room, I had to wait 2hrs45m for someone to come and fix it in which period I was trapped inside the room. After much complaining on my part, they did at least agree to an early check with no cancellation charge:
