It's located on the ground floor of the house and it spreads on 30 m2. It consists of an equiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and dining area for 2 guests, a comfortable living room with TV, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The terrace with garden furniture with sea view is ideal for a relaxing breakfast. The apartment is only 600 m from the sea. You would need just 3-5 minutes to reach the nearest restaurant, grocery store and cafee. Wifi, private parking, Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Maximun 2 pets are allowed and an extra fee of 5,00€ per pet per day will be charged upon arrival. Lovran is an old settlement located on the old Roman consolar road in the eastern part of Istria.
