Here there is plenty of space for cooking together, games and cozy moments. In the living room you can relax with a good movie or follow sports on the TV with several channels. From the kitchen-dining room there is direct access to the garden and a large terrace - both covered and open - so you can always find sun or shelter. The garden offers plenty of opportunities for play and relaxation, including a lawn, swing set and sandbox. The location in the middle of beautiful nature makes it an ideal place to go on a trip - whether it's to the beach, in the forest or just out into the blue. Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
