The apartment, completely renovated and newly refurbished, is located on the first floor with a large terrace and rear garden.It's composed of a large living room with two sofas, TV, dining table, independent and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, american coffee machine and refrigerator. From the living room windows you can access the splendid terrace overlooking the lake, equipped with sofas and a large table with chairs. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and overlooking the terrace.The second bedroom consists of 2 bunk beds of size 85 x190. The apartment is completed with a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.Guests can enjoy a pool that is shared with 5 other apartments, open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.Guests will benefit from a garage (measurements: width 2.40m length 5.40m height 2.60m) and an outdoor parking slot inside the property.*Self check-in is available to access the accommodation.
