Comfortable site in great location

Earl's Court is a great location... With easy access via tube to most of London. Apt is comfortable and could easily fit a small family. Host was ready to reach and very helpful.

Good location but small

The location of this property can't be beat! Close to two tube stations and tons of restaurants and stores, it was a convenient place to stay. The owner was incredibly responsive via email as well. The only issue I had was that it needed to be cleaned a bit more. Some of the drawers were dusty with hair in them. Additionally, our stay was in the middle of a heat wave and the fans that were left for our use did not give off much air-- one improved after I cleaned large chunks of dust out of the front grill. Also, the back patio was covered in bird droppings and we were unable to use it. Had the owner supplied cleaning supplies, we could have cleaned it but there were very few supplies even for basic cleaning-- no dish towels, no paper towels. Finally, while it is centrally located, it is loud. Given that we had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat, the noise of cars and sirens throughout the evening made sleeping on the pullout couch difficult. But I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem in cooler weather. This is a good place for solo or couple travelers. Staying here as a family got a bit crowded but I appreciated the responsiveness of the host!

Outstanding Host

Nicolas was outstanding with his communication and was very accommodating. The flat is in a wonderful location less than 10 min from Earl’s Court Underground Station. Great restaurants in the area in a safe neighborhood. We had a great stay.

Great location and comfortable flat

My friend and I stayed here for a few days and used the bedroom and extra bedroom for sleeping. The second bedroom is really more of a large closet with a pull down bed, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It suited our purposes just fine. The back deck off the bedroom is a lovely feature, but the furniture and cushions were dirty (the are left outside after all) and not really fit for sitting. The living area and main bedroom are modern and clean and very comfortable. We did not spend a lot of time in the flat and did no cooking, so I cannot say how well the kitchen works. The bathroom was modern and clean, but the shower head was not functioning at the time and we had to use the hand held shower head, which was ok. The manager warned us of this ahead of time and said that it was going to be fixed after we left, so hopefully that won't be an issue for other renters. The one thing we noticed was that the freezer was heavily frosted over and unusable, but I advised the property manager and it should be taken care of. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and when I told him that the iron was not useable (the outlet adapter was missing), he had a new one delivered in less than a day. The area is close to markets, shops, bars, restaurants and the Earl's Court Tube station. Could not have had a better location for us. The neighborhood is quiet, pretty and perfect. Overall, this flat was a well priced in a great area and served our needs well.

London stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a family of five and although the apartment is not huge it was perfect for us. The location is excellent only a 5 mins walk to Earle's court station, close to supermarkets and close to plenty of restaurants and fast food. The host was very easily contactable and very easy to communicate with. The property was very clean. We thoroughly recommend this property.

I would look around

The layout of the property is great, host was very responsive to questions. Has some nice updates however pretty much everything needed cleaning. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the couch and pillows were stained, floors weren’t clean, it was all just lacking overall. We didn’t have bin bags, bought hand soap for the property, but the soap dispenser/cup in the bathroom were filled with dust & funk. I’ve never stayed at a place in need of attention like this before.Host seemed very nice but I’d recommend looking around.

Good

The property was in ok condition. Unfortunately we couldn't use the patio at all, it was covered in bird poop. When we arrived we wanted to wash our hands and there was no hand soap or hand towels to be found - we had to buy some. Bed in living room did not stay together while sleeping. Communication was very fast with property manager, check in went smoothly.
