Kitchen well equipped
Nice TVs
Would be nice to have more sofa type seating (as can only fit 3 on the sofa which is very low & springs have gone).
Space in bathroom bit too tight
I swept the floor before we left & swept up some dog hairs (we didn’t have a dog) & generally carpets a bit brown (? from dogs)

Gorgeous cottage- relaxing stay
Excellent all round
Could do with more lighting around the area, especially on the way in and some of the lights around the cottages did not work. I think this would be beneficial for safety reasons, especially in the bad weather.. this is not a criticism on the cottages just an observation.

Fantastic
Lovely location, accommodation & views of the animals
The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Tenby and Saunders foot. We loved all of the visits from the animals too. The sofa was very uncomfortable and there was a very bad smell of urine in the bathroom which got worse as the week was going on. We mentioned this to the receptionist and there was a handyman trying to sort it within an hour. We travelled will our elderly dog which loved her stay.

Fabulous
The animals around us, the cottage was perfect, overall fantastic
It is our 2nd visit to Redberth and it definitely lived up to expectations. The accommodation is lovely and the location is perfect for nearby Tenby and Saundersfoot. My only minor criticism is that our 4 person lodge did not have a sofa large enough for all of us to sit on. We will be back!

Amazing, we will be back.
The accommodation was beyond expectations. The hosts had thought of everything, a pint of milk, marshmallows, cakes, chilled wine, the list goes on.
The animals were lovely, gentle and the children loved them. The animal tour to feed the animals was lovely and the staff were excellent.

This was the perfect place in every way, relaxed, cosy and fun, cannot wait to return
The site was not too busy well laid out so privacy even in the gardens. Log burner was so amazing I now want one! Hot tub was perfect and really helped to relax after a stressful month. Staff were lovely and really enjoyed meeting the animals and bonus the alpacas didn’t spit on me 😊. One of the nicest places we have stayed and can’t recommend it enough it really is a hidden gem with lots of lovely places to visit close by. Hoping to return in the summer. Loved every minute!

Beautiful stay.
Lovely and modern cottage. Really spacious. We loved the log burner! Had issues with the WiFi when arrive but that was resolved within the hour thanks to Toni. Lovely place, no issues,l and very clean. Also has washing facilities (washing machine and dishwasher) because there is nothing worse than going away and having to do dishes 😂…. Went to the captains table for food in the evening Saturday the cawl-It was so nice. We will definitely be returning to Redberth gardens!!!

Clean and Modern - customer service needs to be improved
My recent stay at Cedar Cottage on 6-9th April left us with mixed feelings, and I wanted to let you know what we thought of the little break we had.Firstly, we were very impressed when we walked into the property, it was modern and clean. However, our stay was significantly impacted by the condition of the double bed. (barely a double bed) more like a large single. The bed was not suitable for sleeping, as it was broken and dipped noticeably on one side. This caused discomfort, with springs digging into our backs and leading to disrupted sleep and physical pain. Unfortunately, the issue was severe enough that we decided to cut our trip short and return home a day earlier than planned so we could rest properly. The maintenance guy did come and look at it and agreed it needed repairing, as a comfortable bed is a key aspect of any guest's stay. We also felt that the sofa in the living area needed attention as it wasn’t comfortable and dipped slightly, with no cushions on the sofa for comfort. Also felt it could do with another single chair. We have never cut a family holiday short. Very disappointed in the company as I emailed them over a week ago with NO response! Oh and to top it off we didn't see 1 alpaca, their response was on facebook was to book a tour nearly 40 per person. Cheaper to go to zoo/farm.
