Eden House is situated at the edge of the lagoon of Marigot. The long pool of 45 feet and the large outside living area tempt you to relax. Its direct access to the sea from a small private artificial beach makes this villa a unique one.
The decoration is contemporary, comfortable and elegant. Two of the bedrooms situated on the first floor, with the access by outside stairs, have a private terrace and a beautiful view on the lagoon. The third bedroom is connected to the living, at the back of it. Eden House is a perfect villa for holidays with friends.
