Hot tub for 2 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: no children under 18 years old. . Perfectly located in Staffordshire this area offers unspoilt landscapes, the Peak District National Park and world-class theme parks. The historic town of Eccleshall is around a 3-minute drive, offering many shops, pubs, and restaurants, and hosts a farmers’ market every fourth Saturday of the month. You will also find an award-winning butcher which has beef and lamb supplied directly from the farm.
However, you may find that leaving Sheepfold Cottage proves a challenge all of its own. This stylishly converted retreat has been expertly renovated, you will enjoy relaxing in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, complete with seating soft pendant lighting and a TV for cosy evenings in. There is a double bedroom for sound nights’ sleep after a long day of exploring. Meanwhile, you’ll find the sleek kitchen area gainfully equipped with everything you need to whip up meals of every description. Just open a bottle of wine, and break bread at the dining table... the perfect way to begin your holiday. Why not throw open the French doors onto the terrace, sit back and relax and revel in your very own private hot tub whilst taking in the fabulous views and enjoy the outside space.
Situated in the middle of England, close to the Staffordshire and Shropshire borders, this area offers fabulous walks and of course the close proximity of the Peak District National Park and world-class theme parks. Around 130 public footpaths cover the area, perfect for walking and exploring, and Stoke-on-Trent, Hanley (hosting the Staffordshire Hoard), Stafford and Newcastle-under-Lyme can all be reached in under half an hour. Other places of interest include Trentham Gardens and Monkey Forest and Bridgemere Garden Centre. National Trust properties Shugborough Hall and Weston Park, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and the theme parks of Alton Towers and Drayton Manor are all around an hour away. Sheepfold Cottage really is the perfect place to sit back relax and enjoy!
