Suite Daniela 2 is a bright apartment located on the 1st floor of a building in Ronchi (Marina di Massa area), just 100 meters from the beach, and close to some basic shops.

The apartment, which shares the same stairs as Suite Daniela 3, can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) and a bathroom with shower. The double bedroom boasts a small balcony looking on to the sea in the background.

The living area consists of a kitchenette (with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), a double sofa bed, tv, and dining table for 4 people. From here a French door allows direct access to the spacious covered terrace, equipped with a dining table for 6 people.

The use of the double sofa bed has an extra cost.

Free Pocket Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. External parking is available along the street.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); bed and bath linen; final cleaning.



Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months; use of the double sofa bed (200.00€ per week); tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
