On this occasion, the building hosted the athletes of the Principality of Monaco and Prince Albert II who stayed in this apartment.

Introduction to alpine skiing is available for children in the Sciovia Baby area and with the cable car it is possible to reach the renowned ski slopes of the Via Lattea which hosted the 2006 Turin men's downhill competitions in just 4 minutes.
For freeride lovers there are interesting off-tracks itineraries on old abandoned and unbeaten slopes, in an uncontaminated environment.
In summer it is ideal for families as there are long walks on paved roads full of benches or semi-flat dirt areas.
In the Troncea Valley Park it is possible to take walks accessible to all levels and indulge in pleasant mountain bike excursions.
