Fraud

Host wanted me to call to check in, after traveling internationally. We waited in rain. I was then demanded to pay a cash deposit, sign a contract and give her my passports. I had 2 children with me. In the rain. We barely had cell service. After traveling for 24-hours, I had to scramble to find a hotel, with children in the rain. VRBO "cancelled" my booking more than 24-hours later, and offered to help find a new place to stay. So, after 48-hours I could have stayed some place else. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT EVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR PASSPORTS, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OR SIGN A CONTRACT- especially in a foreign country.

Bonjour, Cette expérience a été absolument désastreuse. Nous sommes arrivés et avons éprouvé des difficultés à trouver l'appartement. La propriétaire, qui avait d'abord répondu à nos courriels, ne répondait plus depuis une semaine. A notre arrivée, nous avons pu la faire venir après avoir intercepté une personne qui entrait dans l'immeuble. Elle est arrivée et nous a dit qu'il y avait un problème. Elle était inscrite simultanément sur deux plateformes de location et elle nous a expliqué que vous n'aviez pas mis à jour les dates de location. L'appartement réservé et pour lequel nous avions réglé la location était par conséquent loué. Elle nous a proposé un "small studio" en compensation......!!!!!!! pour trois personnes au lieu de l'appartement à deux chambres prévus. Nous avons refusé ét avons dit que nous vous appelions. Nous avons du appeler le VRBO States USA afin d'être mieux compris. Suite à votre intervention, elle nous a trouvé une autre location .....à une chambre.....Notre fille a dormi sur un canapé durant tout le séjour. Tout notre planning de visite ne correspondait plus à notre plan de visite initial!!!! Nous avons une facture de téléphone qui s'élève à 175€ pour laquelle nous sollicitons un remboursement de votre part. Nous aimerions être contactés au plus vite par vos services afin de régler deux points: 1-La prise en charge de notre facture de téléphone portable 2-La location dont nous avons disposé était facturée 957. Nous avons payé 1100. 143 L sont dues
