COVID-19 Updates:
To ensure the safest experience for our guests in this 'new norm' we want to make all guests aware of the precautions we are taking:

1) We always wash all bedding including the duvet after every stay. This is not typical of most hosts and should provide comfort that your bedding is always clean. Drying temps have been increased to 190 degrees.

2) Cleaning process has been improved to include more surfaces, longer scrub times and stronger disinfectants.

3) Spray bottles with disinfectant are available so guests can clean any surfaces and provide comfort.

4) Care packages for every guest with hygiene products such as hand sanitizer or wipes.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, Keurig, and utensils. Refrigerator has built-in ice-maker. USB ports on counter for charging devices.

The master bedroom in the loft features a king bed, large his and her closets and en suite with his and her sinks. 43" TV with DVD, Chromecast, and HD cable. A Pack 'n Play is available for young kids. Downstairs BR includes a queen/single bunk bed. 32" TV with Chromecast and HD cable. Both bedrooms have humidifiers to combat the dry air and make your rest as comfortable as possible. The living room sofa has a queen sleeper mattress.

All beds feature premium luxury hotel quality linens with high thread count and hypoallergenic down-alternative pillows. Additionally, all beds have white duvets with duvet covers that are washed between each guest stay so you can sleep comfortably knowing that you're sleeping on freshly washed linens.

Bathrooms are stocked with 5 sets of premium towels including over-sized bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. You'll find basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.


The upstairs loft has a desk with a lamp for a comfortable work space and there is free Wi-Fi throughout. Outlets at the desk are equipped with USB for charging phones, tablets, and more. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit, so you can pack lighter or go home with clean laundry.

Grill is equipped with natural gas and ready for whatever you can throw at it.
