Horrible communication
I had tried to get in contact with the host over the month leading up to my stay to no avail. I had to call Vrbo customer support multiple times to get help with contacting the host, but the host was unreachable by Vrbo, as well. I only got a message from the host a few days before my stay about the check-in process, but without any acknowledgement or answers about my previous attempts to contact them. Luckily, the place turned out to be real. Even still, the pull out couch was seemingly broken so one of my friends slept on the couch's mattress on the floor and I slept on the couch. There was an opened coffee bean bag left in the kitchen when we arrived, and I'm not sure if the thermostat was broken but it did not let us change the temperature of the place. It can also be quite loud as it's right next to a busy road. I don't think I'd stay here again with these hosts.
