3 bedroom private pool villa, Villa playa welcomes all large families and groups. Villa playa has a private garden and a very nice welcoming enviroment. has a wonderful outside dining area and shade.

Summer times starting from may, outside walls of the villa is being covered by begonvile flovers to provide a none-stop natural parfume around the villa.
Villa Playa is situated so well, the market (migros) is 250 mt, beach is 2 km, bus stop is 150 mt, public kids park is 200 mt and the closest restaurant is 250 mt away. its a villa that wont requiere a transfer for the holiday makers. Location is perfect and marked at the map publicly.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 of the bedrooms are en-suite. Villa has a fireplace and barbecue as well. all rooms are aircontioned.

All kind of security precautions had been taken including the alarm system.

We do provide free of charge internet as well for you to be able to communicate with world :)

Lovely Villa with private pool

This property is slightly outside the main part of Calis the walk into Calis takes about half an hour. The outside of the property is wonderful with private pool and seating area and separate dining area. The communication with the property manager was excellent and some issues were sorted immediately
