Great and comprehensive communication in relation to accessing the apartment and how everything worked. A very well appointed property so close to all the hustle and bustle of the Southbank precinct.

Excellent location, walking distance to trams, Southbank and the CBD. Apartment was well presented and clean, the A/C was perfect for those couple of hot days at Christmas. The Apartment is suitable for all family types, for us perfect for my elderly parents using walkers, large enough for everyone to enjoy their stay and having the balcony perfect to see the lights at night or the Hot Air ballons at sunrise. (the sun comes thru the blinds very early and bright). All bed linen & towels were supplied, walking distance to Woolworths or IGA to get supplies. Fred was easy to contact when we had issues with the TV not working, came by a replacement, no other issues with the apa

This well presented property suited our needs completely. Very clean and well maintained. Walking distant to CBD, MCG & Marvel Stadium. Would certainly recommend.

We booked this stay over New Year’s Eve as we wanted to experience the fireworks in the city but not deal with the crowds. This was the perfect location to do that! The view of the fireworks was amazing. The location was great and the apartment was clean and modern. Easy booking prices and good communication. Would recommend.

My parents (visiting from overseas) really enjoyed their stay. There were plenty of places to visit in a waking distance with an easy access. A supermarket was just a minute away, and so many dining (& take away) options around. Accessing the building and the room was so easy that my older parents had no issue. I visited the place a couple time. It’s such a comfortable room and everything you need for daily living (e.g. cooking equipments) is equipped (except a washing machine). The night view was something you don’t wanna miss. Overall, we were very happy with the place and experience. Thank you.
