High Demand Private VIP with Heated Pool and Spa!
I own and manage this home so that I can provide an excellent service to my guests. This is a large 5 bedroom home in Dallas with HEATED POOL (for an additional small fee) and hot tub. It is located in a upscale quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Open floor plan ideal for large groups looking for private entertainment and relaxing outdoor space. Professionally designed and decorated, this beautiful single story (NO STEPS) home is a feast to eye! Features a fully stocked kitchen, bar, pool table, dining seating for 15, high end granite, hardwood and furniture throughout. You will not be disappointed!
THE SPACE: Designed for entertaining, the HUGE open floor plan is ideal for large groups. Plenty of seating with massive leather sectional, 65" 4K television and high speed internet. The bar is equipped with an ice maker, wine fridge, Amazon Echo (music). You can mingle around the bar, play Billiards, or enjoy outdoor activities like Ping Pong and corn hole.
5 BEDROOMS: The master suite is large and comfortable with a king bed and a 55" 4K HDTV. Two person shower with two regular shower heads and a third, rain shower head. Completed with dual vanities and walk in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, HDTV and super comfortable beds. Direct access to bathrooms from 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms access the bathroom with the jet tub and shower via the hall.
KITCHEN & DINING: Spacious, FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen allows for numerous people to prepare meals and includes a dual fuel KitchenAid 36" range. Two dining rooms with plentiful seating for 15. Extra fridge in garage.
OUTDOOR: The pool has LED lighting and a maximum depth of around 5.5 feet making it kid friendly (pool is heated for an additional $150 per day with a 2 day minimum - please let us know if you’d like to add this to your stay). High-end 8 person spa. Lots of outdoor seating and dining complimented with TV and propane fire pit. Has both a gas grill and a charcoal grill.
Suitable for the handicap. No steps in the home when entering from the driveway.

Very family friendly! NO STEPS anywhere in the home accept the front door entry way which only has one. If you have older people, small children or someone that just has a little difficulty getting around then this home will be very comfortable for them.
