Amazing Villa with an amazing view

We had a winderful time at LaPacAna. The rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen with everything needed is availabile although we didn't use it during our almost 2 week stay. The pool is huge but the water leaves a yellow color on the bathing suits. The view from the pool is stunning. It almost didn't look real and seemed like a picture from a book. The sunsets are indescribably beautiful. The host ist very kind and was very helpful throughout the whole stay. The last 5-6 minutes ride to the villa is a bit tricky but I liked driving it.

We have relaxed and enjoyed ourselves here for 3 weeks. A few days with just the two of us, a few days with our daughter and son-in-law and a few days with friends who came by with their camper. If there was a small thing or a request, the host Sue responded very quickly and adequately. Nothing was too much for her. The way up is difficult, especially in the dark, but doable. And the house and terrace are worth it! The kitchen is very extensive with everything you need for a simple or an extensive meal. Great BBQ outside, many different seats, lovely (cold in December!) swimming pool ;-) The surroundings are very beautiful to see, there are many possibilities for trips or walks. We had a great time and enjoyed the cosy, typical Spanish house. Very atmospheric and in the evening we enjoyed a glass of wine by the fireplace! Recommended

Het is een prachtige huis op een prachtige locatie. We hebben gekozen voor goed in plaats van uitstekend, omdat we de woonkamer niet voldoende konden verwarmen met alleen de open haard. We waren er in de winter.

Das Haus war sehr schön, sehr sauber, geräumig und hatte einen schönen Außenbereich! An Ausstattung war alles dabei, was man sich gewünscht hat. Wir konnten leider den Pool nicht nutzen, da es zu kalt war und es geregnet hat. Das Wohnzimmer ist, wenn es draußen nicht besonders warm ist, sehr kalt. Aber wir haben einen Elektroheizofen gehabt, der ein bisschen geholfen hat. Wir haben auch den wunderbaren Kamin angemacht. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es jeweils eine Klimaanlage, die man auch nutzen kann, um das Zimmer etwas wärmer zu machen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war interessant und man braucht schon ein etwas höher liegendes Auto. Der Weg ist teilweise eine Art Feldweg. Aber man gewöhnt sich schnell an den Weg. Die Aussicht vom Haus und vom Gelände war fantastisch. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und einwandfrei. Sie war sehr sehr freundlich und hat immer direkt per WhatsApp geholfen.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. As the new owner of this wonderful property, I gave my assurances to honour any bookings that were made before I became the new owner. It is a lovely peaceful place with the best views to be enjoyed, and yet it is not too far from activities and places to see.

Don Javier war ein toller Gastgeber, sorgte dafür, dass wir uns in der Villa wohl fühlten und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Anwesen war wunderschön, in den Bergen gelegen. Die Aussicht war unglaublich und meine Tochter liebte den Pool! Es war toll, abseits des Trubels etwas Zeit zum Abschalten und Entspannen abseits der Touristenfallen an der Küste zu haben. Wir nutzten die Villa als Ausgangspunkt, um die nahe gelegenen Städte Rhonda und Sevilla sowie die wunderschöne Strandstadt Mijas zu besuchen.

Ruhig und sauber

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand . Man hat dort seine Ruhe (sofern die Flugzeuge einen nicht stören) die Aussicht ist schön. Es ist ein schöner Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Fahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und eng. In Alora findet man viele Lebensmittelläden. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Sehr schöne Aussicht

Sehr schöne Aussicht, die 2km bergauf sind auf Schotterpiste zu bewältigen. War am Anfang etwas nervenaufreibend, da es an der Seite steil bergab geht. Gemütlicher Pool, kühle Hütte, Waschmaschine funktionierte. Innen etwas ältere Ausstattung.
