About this property

Our beautiful flat of 43 m² is located in a residential area very close to the sea in Costa Teguise, 12 minutes walk from the beach. It has one bedroom and sleeps up to four people.

It has been recently refurbished and decorated taking care of every detail to offer a unique experience to our guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The entrance to the flat is through a smart lock, so there is no limitation in the check in time offering more flexibility to our guests. Parties or events are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the flat.

One of the highlights is the 8 m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and from where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
Among the services of the flat also include internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal pool, outdoor parking in the same building, satellite TV.

The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Wunderbarer Home Office Ort zum Entspannen

Der Mietvorgang war sehr einfach, die Vor Ort Betreuung per WhatsApp hat super geklappt und das Apartment ist einfach nur schön. Ausgestattet mit Ikea Möbeln, einem wunderschönen großen Balkon und einer Außenanlage mit Pool, der leider super einladend aussieht, aber etwas Mut benötigt wegen seiner Wassertemperatur. Trotzdem nur zu empfehlen!
