It has great beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, a furnished porch and a large terrace with swimming pool. It is in a very quiet place in the countryside, surrounded by avocado trees, orange, lemon, among many others. In addition, no neighbors in the area. Most notable is its location as it is located very close to Palma, and many other parts of the island. All establishments and most basic needs are within a few minutes by car of the house, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, water parks..
