Villa Maravilla - with private swimming pool
Villa Maravilla is a luxurious villa on two floors with top quality finishes. It has six bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom close to the dining area. The interior is modern and welcoming, with designer furniture and contemporary decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a large dining table, perfect for all the guests.
Outside, Villa Maravilla offers a wonderful swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds, a furnished area for sharing snacks, a chill out area and an exclusive Jacuzzi. There is also a garage area. This property is located just a few metres from the beach, restaurants and leisure activities, with easy access to the motorway to travel to any part of the island.
Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning and centralized heating in all rooms and common areas of the property.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
