Wonderful Stay

Great location and a lovely house. Very amenable and welcoming owner who couldn’t do enough for us. Good range of equipment in the property. Lovely forest walks directly from the property and easy to get to other areas of the Ardennes. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

WC liep niet lekker door, maar toen we het aangaven, ging hij er gelijk mee aan de slag en was het snel verholpen. Klein puntje was dat we maar 1 handdoek p.p. hadden voor 9 dagen, gelukkig hadden we een wasmachine, dus geen probleem.

Dhr. Gautier is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij werden met een met een brede vriendelijke glimlach ontvangen. Direct bij ontvangst kregen wij een rondleiding met uitgebreide uitleg. De locatie is top, bos en riante speeltuin op loopafstand. Iedere ochtend vriendelijk begroet door de paarden, waar je overigens totaal geen overlast (geur/geluid) van hebt. Al met al 👍🏻

Prachtig huis met fraaie keuken en badkamer in een mooie omgeving. Serviesgoed, glaswerk en bestek krap bemeten op zes personen. Paardenweide grenst direct aan de tuin. De eigenaar verbleef meerdere dagen van deze week in zijn kleine studio vlak naast het huis. Tot onze verbazing liep er op gegeven moment een hond vrij rond in onze tuin en op onze terrassen, die ook zijn behoefte in de tuin deed. Dat vonden wij zeer vervelend. De hond bleek bij navraag van de eigenaar te zijn die daarvoor geen toestemming had gevraagd.
