Genieten in Saalbach is a luxurious, spacious apartment in Saalbach, on the Jausern descent and within walking distance of the ski bus stop and various restaurants. From the terrace you have a beautiful view on the mountain peaks and this is a perfect place to spend a holiday in both summer and winter due to the many activities in the region.

Layout holiday home

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern complex in Saalbach. The apartment building is built against the hillside, so the apartment is situated lower than the entrance. From the entrance, you descend two floors via the stairs to the ground floor.

There is a very cozy living room with an open kitchen and a spacious area where you can sit comfortably. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the second bedroom even has a bunk bed for 2 additional people. The first bathroom has a bathtub, double sinks and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and a wash basin. The double doors give you easy access to the terrace and the wonderful, enclosed garden with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Surroundings

The center of Saalbach and the supermarket are 4 km from the apartment. Enjoy all the beauty that Saalbach and the surrounding area have to offer, both in summer and in winter. Skiing, hiking, quad biking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, there is plenty to do for young and old.

Especially in winter, Saalbach is a very popular winter sports destination with an extensive ski area together with Leogang, Fieberbrunn and Zell am See.

Heerlijk appartement met een mooi uitzicht over het dal en de bergen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, denk aan wasmachine, droger en vaatwasser. In de tuin staan 2 tuinsets en een heerlijke loungeset. In de woonkamer staat een royale bank en een eettafel met 6 stoelen. Ook de keuken is netjes en beschikt over voldoende servies voor het aantal personen. Bij beide slaapkamers is een aangrenzende badkamer. Waarvan een met douche en bad em toilet. En de andere met alleen een douche. In de gang bevindt zich ook nog een toilet. Houdt er wel rekening mee, dat er geen vaatwastabletten, afwasmiddel, vuilniszakken etc verstrekt worden. Dit dien je zelf aan te schaffen of mee te nemen.
