This charming five bedroom, four bath Villa is located in the delightful “clifftop” area of the old town of Puerto del Carmen. It has recently been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard and comfort. Luxury and elegance await you on your visit.

This spacious villa is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished throughout, with plenty of light filtering through from the patio doors which lead you to the pool area and covered terraces.

The Old Town, with its traditional bars and restaurants, and Playa Chica beach is a 10-minute stroll away. With the “clifftop” walk just yards away from the villa, you can take the coastal route with fantastic views of the very popular marina of Puerto Calero.

The New Town, with its expansive sandy beaches and modern night-life is also within 20 minutes’ walk.

As you enter the villa, you will find the reception area with seating for up to four people. Continuing through the reception area you will find the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.

The lounge area is made for relaxation! It is equipped with comfortable, stylish sofas and armchairs and a modern entertainment system including a 52-inch HDTV screen with multiple channels (including English, Irish and Netflix). There is full access to WiFi through the Villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed for your stay, including a full fridge. The adjoining dining area includes a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people.

There are two triple sliding doors leading out onto the pool/patio area. Another triple sliding doors leads out to the BBQ area.

The Villa has a large patio area that is surrounded by trees and hedges to ensure your privacy. You can relax in the sunshine on the sun loungers, with the beach towels and parasols provided.

The saltwater pool is rectangular in shape and measures 7m x 4 m, with a depth range of 1.0m – 1.5m. It is accessed via Roman steps and is electrically heated during the winter. The pool is illuminated at night. For your added comfort there is a pool side solar-heated shower.

For al-fresco cooking and dining there is a built-in charcoal BBQ and seating for up to 14 people. This area also has a washing machine and fridge freezer.

An outdoor pool table adds an extra element to the entertainment possibilities.

Casa Juliet has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 people. This accommodation consists of two master bedrooms with ensuite, one triple bedroom with ensuite, a family bedroom and a double bedroom.

Modern state-of-the-art security alarm systems, and two safes are installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
