This house is a joy to behold, 15 minutes drive from Seville, so you can enjoy the city and the peace of the villa.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the perfect side pool when you return after a day sightseeing in Sevilla to swim and relax.
The house is beautifully decorated down to every detail and a perfect size for 6 people to have a great week away.
If you are thinking of visiting Seville but you like the quiet, then this is your place.

The house is in a quiet urbanization, one kilometer from Mairena del Alcor, surrounded by orange and palm trees, camouflaged among many different species of plants, through the gardens we also have hundreds of large and small cacti.
It has a swimming pool surrounded by grass with comfortable steps for access, with night light to enjoy the bath also on summer nights.
It has three bedrooms with double beds of 1.50 and in one of them a private full bathroom and another bathroom between the other rooms, living room with chaise long sofa and plasma television, the kitchen also with a large table Wooden and chairs, equipped and with everything you need.

Superbe semaine de vacances

La maison est parfaite avec un jardin magnifique. Elle est bien aménagée et équipée ( seulement 1 chambre climatisée et le salon). L'emplacement est idéal pour les visites des grandes villes espagnoles. David est sympa. Il nous a très bien accueilli. Il est très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Pleasant stay in this relaxing villa

Had a good few weeks. Lots of areas to sit out and enjoy the sun. Nice pool. Great patio. Well furnished inside. We were troubled a bit by biting insects. David was a great host

Tout est parfait. Le jardin est extraordinaire et parfaitement tenu. Idem pour la piscine. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable et il ne manque rien. Internet haut débit. Climatisation efficace malgré la chaleur. C’est vraiment un spot à privilégier. Nous y retournerons nécessairement. Tout est à proximité. Séville en 20 mn. À moins de 10 mn il y a carrefour. Lidl. Mac Donald. Burger King essence etc. Pourtant la maison est au milieu de la campagne avec une intimité absolu. Tout est calme et sécurisé. Bref aucune hésitation à avoir. Ps. Et évidemment les propriétaires sont disponibles adorables et ils nettoient régulièrement tout en respectant l’intimité et en veillant à ne pas déranger les vacanciers. Bref aucune critique possible. Merci encore.

Prachtig huis in de buurt van Sevilla centrum.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en hij leidde ons rond door het huis. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, was mooi ingericht en erg schoon. We hebben genoten van het grote , overdekte terras en het zwembad. De bedden waren prima en er zijn 2 badkamers. Alles was piekfijn in orde.

Wonderful place to stay

Belle maison décorée avec gout.Toutes les ouvertures sont équipées de moustiquaire ce qui permet de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements. 2 salles deau avec grande douche agréable. Très beau jardin, piscine agréable, environnement calme et sécurisé. Séville facile d'accès. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Tranquil villa with beautiful garden

Being a party of 4 adults we enjoyed the tranquility of the villa with its beautiful garden and wonderful pool. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and were contactable via Wattsapp. Sevilla was accessible by car or a bus journey from the local town just a few miles away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Luisa. Muchas Gracias!

Charming villa with interesting garden and great pool

The house is in a quiet location, very comfortable with a good layout, and is also well equipped. The garden is interesting with lots of cacti and succulents, and the pool is just great. The nearby town offers great restaurants and good food shopping. Access to Seville is easy, with a short drive to park by one of the stations on the metro. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on all such aspects.

Lovely villa convenient for visiting seville

Villa was very conveniently situated for both Seville and the airport. Owner David extremely nice and welcoming. Pool and gardens immaculate and lovely in size. Very private and unoverlooked in a secure gated estate. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Would recommend this property for sure. We had a great time here.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la villa, elle est encore mieux en vrai que sur l'annonce. Le jardin est très beau, la piscine superbe sans vis à vis. La maison est très bien entretenu, il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire pour accueillir une famille, que ce soit dans la cuisine, salon ou les chambres. David et Manuel entretiennent la piscine régulièrement en toute discrétion, un grand merci à vous. Bref, nous y avons passé 15 jours, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour réussi

Très bon séjour la villa et le jardin sont conformes aux photos de l'annonce. Emplacement très calme est le contact en l’occurrence David est extrêmement sympathique.Sa position proche de Séville permet de visiter cette ville extrêmement belle en plusieurs fois vu la diversité de site à visiter. A refaire sans hésiter. PS: seul petit bémol il y a beaucoup de cactus dans le terrain et donc beaucoup d'épines alors attention avec des enfants

Séjour et maison très agréables. La maison est jolie, fonctionnelle et confortable. Le jardin est magnifique. David est très réactif, la communication très fluide. Merci. Cependant quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées : - faire un book de présentation de la maison et de la résidence, des services de proximité, des activités, des producteurs locaux, marchés,... (en différentes langues) - améliorer l'éclairage extérieur (piscine) - ajouter un grille-pain - augmenter la puissance du compteur électrique - laisser un peu plus de place dans la cuisine pour ranger nos affaires Merci pour ce beau séjour David
