Sleeping up to 8 this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-level home features modern appliances new furniture, on-site parking, air conditioning, a large upper balcony and a sprawlling lower patio/garden level. Perfect for large or multiple famillies, Aegean Vista is the perfect vacation home to rest, recharge and embrace Greek island life as you explore the gorgeous beaches, picturesque villages rich history and authentic cuisine of Andros Greece.
The house is approximately 145 sm on two levels with both exterior stairs. Each level has private entry doors allowing the residents on each floor to have privacy. The top floor interior features 1 large double bedroom next another bedroom with 2 beds 1 bathroom with shower,toilet,sink/cabinet, a large open kitchen and dining area an offset sitting with sofa and TV near the main entry door and in front a large balcony with seating to enjoy some of the finest views on the entire island. The house has a brand new solar water-heating system providing for large families or many guests. The bottom floor interior features its own privet entry door a very large open floorplan with beds, sofas, tables, cabinet/armoire for storage, 1bathroom with shower, toilet with the washing machine, and refrigerator. The top level exterior features a delicated parking space above the property, a wide, lighted stone staircase down to both levels of the house and a large stone patio behind the main building, perfect for outdoor relaxation or entertaining. The bottom level exterior features a large stone patio with table, chairs and loungers and a garden area. The views on oll levels are incredible from dawn to dusk and all exteriors are well lit allowing guests to enjoy the property late the night.
Location and Access.
Aegean Vista is located in Kato Aprovato, approximately 10km from the port Gavrio and 4km from Batsi, the largest town of the west side of Andros. From Athens International Airport , first travel to the port city of Rafina, then take the ferry of your choice to Andros ( Gavrio port city), then a short10 drive to the house.

Explore the famous beaches of Agios Petros, Golden Sant, Kipri beaches all within a few minutes' drive. Several are organized beaches with umbrellas beach cabana rentals waterskiing paddleboards surfing and restaurants. Further the must-see beaches of Zorkos, Achla, Vitali, Fellos, Pirgos and Ateni are accessible by car.
The Cyclades Olive Museum Oia a special treat , as well as the nearby village of Menites and Springs of Dionysus. A day trip (or longer) via ferry to Tinos, Siros, Mykonos or other nearby Cycladic islands is highly encouraged.
