Ubicación muy conveniente, 5 minutos. desde la estación de autobuses, a poca distancia todas las lugares interesantes. Una buena comunicación con el propietario , resuelve rápidamente todos los problemas . Los apartamentos tienen todo lo que necesita, la cocina está equipada. Buena terraza. Nos gustó todo. Los apartamentos son modestos pero cómodos. Aconsejamos.

Bien situado/necesita mejora

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Fernanda estuvo muy atenta. La cama de matrimonio muy mala y el piso está sucio y muy muy viejo. Comparado con el resto de precios de Bilbao estaba bien, pero deben mejorar el alojamiento porque no se puede cobrar ese dinero por lo que ofrecen.

Un apartamento barato y bien situado. Se oye el ruido de la calle por las noches. Destaco:check-in y check-out cuando lo hemos necesitado. Lo mejor la ducha y lo peor las camas. Muy incómodas y una alhomada grande para dos. Necesitan un cambio urgente.

Apartamento bastante sucio y mal conservado

El apartamento estaba muy sucio tanto las estancias (muebles con polvo, baño, menaje de cocina...), como los edredones (llenos de manchas). Además faltaban toallas para las 3 personas que éramos. Las camas bastante incómodas, la de la habitación principal de 180 de largo, con lo que apenas cabíamos. En el baño, la cisterna no iba bien y el WC perdía agua por el suelo. La ubicación del apartamento estaba bien, muy fácil recorrer la ciudad desde ahí y muy bien comunicado. En el baño faltaban toallas parque éramos.

Apartamento viejo y descuidado aunque muy buena atención de la propietaria

El trato de Natalia y del chico que nos recibió fue de 10, sin embargo deja mucho que desear el piso sintiéndolo mucho por la propietaria. Colchón viejo e incómodo, cocina viejísima, sucia, desperfectos en el baño con una pseudoreforma de la ducha por la que se sale todo el agua y llena de moho en todas las esquinas y suelo del mismo baño. Ella fue muy amable, nos dejó libre la hora de salida, intentó solucionarnos el problema de la limpieza pero eso no es suficiente cuando pagas casi 200 euros por dos noches. Con 20 años no me hubiera importado alojarme en este piso pero ya con más edad quieres poder descansar para disfrutar del viaje. ,

Très décevant

Le prix justifie la simplicité vieillotte de l’appartement mais pas la qualité des matelas. Vous faites le choix d’un matelas gonflable pour coucher davantage de monde mais il faudrait que les autres matelas soient déjà en état de recevoir du monde. J’ai pris les matelas en photo tellement nous avons mal dormi. Sans parler de l’isolation phonique.

Bien pour un couple avec un enfant

Les points fort : Le logement est bien situé et propre. Les points faibles : le couchage d'appoint matelas gonflable et petit canapé modulable n'est pas du tout adapté aux adultes et adolescents, cela n'apparait pas dans l'annonce. La cuisine n'est pas moderne et manque cruellement d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de place de parking privé, c'est parfois compliqué de trouver unne place.
