Beautiful apartment in one of the most exclusive buildings in Marbella on the beachfront, with 2 swimming pools and free private parking. Ideal for a few days of relaxation and disconnection in Marbella
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, and on the terrace we have a sofa bed of 135x190. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults.
It has a 22 m² terrace with sea views, iron, internet access (wifi), hot and cold air conditioning, community pool, garage in the same building, 1 TV.
The independent kitchen, with vitroceramic, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.
The apartment is located in the heart of Marbella, surrounded by various places of interest, such as the historic center of Marbella, the Iglesia Mayor de la Encarnación, the Ciudad de Marbella theater, as well as the bullring. Great spot for a beach vacation
The property was in a beautifully maintained building right on the beach. The apartment was beautiful as well with every accomodation you need. It was basically right on the beach and the view from the sunroom of the ocean was amazing!! We enjoyed just relaxing in the sunroom with coffee and the view. Quick walk to so many restaurants and shops, as well as the Old Town area. We loved the place.
