In the tradition of the farms of the time, it is reached by a large carriage door to the courtyard, where the GÎTES are located, with a small garden in the interior courtyard, and a large garden of approximately 800 m2 planted with trees and quiet in the back of the property.

We offer 8 bedrooms / sleeping areas (5 in the farmhouse, 3 in the barn) and whose sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Included services:
- Full privatization of the property, which consists of 2 fully equipped and furnished gites - La Longere and La Grange - on 1200m2 of land including 250m2 of living space, with a large space of 60m2 for seated meals (maximum 30 guests) or small receptions indoors,
- Direct access to the large garden with trees at the rear of the property and direct access to the air for games and sports (soccer fields, basketball, skate park, pétanque, ping pong table and small park for children).

NOTE: our lodgings are not designed or regulated to function as party rooms, but as accommodation for meetings and celebrations with family or friends.
As such, parties with public address cannot be accepted.

ON THE FLOOR: 1 closed bedroom, 25m2, with 4 beds in 2 double beds, 1 double sofa-bed, communicating with the bathroom with WC. a Mezzanine with 1 double bed 140cm and 1 single bed; a second mezzanine 1 double bed 140cm.



The cottage offers all the comforts of modern homes, while enjoying a green setting in the countryside; the surroundings are ideal for lovers of nature, the practice of sports such as mountain biking and hiking of all kinds.
A large leisure area in the town is located just behind the house with direct access, with a children's park, soccer field, skatepark, basketball, table tennis, pétanque.

The region is very rich in historical and cultural places.
The nearest shops are 2km away, and fresh produce can also be obtained from the surrounding farms.
