Big disappointment
This unit is fairly accurate with the pictures though they don't leave you anything as a welcoming gift as the one picture might suggest and which we didn’t really expect. Checking in is difficult as you have to meet at their offices to pickup the keys and then drag your luggage through the streets for 15 minutes as you try to find your way to an apartment in a city you’ve never been in. If you are looking for anything with a view you are out of luck as there isn’t one. When we arrived the heater wasn’t working and the unit was cold inside. When contacted they said that they would come out with a contractor to check it out. When the contractor arrived the next day he was alone and no one from the property management company showed. The contractor said the units were broken and it would be a week before they could be fixed. When I tried to contact the management company all I got was voicemail which I left a message on about the heaters. No one ever called me back or even offered to supply a heater or a discount or anything so we went for the complete stay in a cold apartment. The next day the toilet flusher stuck and the toilet ran for hours. Once again I called the management company and only got a voicemail. No one ever called me back or tried to come out and fix it. I finally managed to get it to stop by playing with the unit myself. When we opened the cupboard to take out some dishes they were all dirty with stuck food inside the glasses and on the plates.
