Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhigem und abgelegenen Ort

Vorneweg: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollen Gastgebern! - ruhiger Ort, über eine steile Bergstraße zu erreichen. Schöner Strand (Kieselsteine) mit Bar/Pizzeria/WC/Eisverkauf. Pizzas waren sehr gut, Preis/Leistung auch ok. - sehr schöne Wohnung (ehemals zwei kleine Wohnungen), schön renoviert, alles sauber und ordentlich, alles notwendige vorhanden! Zwei Parkplätze in unmittelbare Nähe. - "Inseltypischer" Zustand der Gesamtanlage (gehört zu einem kleinen Hotelkomplex). Hier und da etwas renovierungsbedürftig, was ich aber bei allen Ausflügen gesehen habe: Es sieht überall ähnlich aus ;-) - für uns völlig OK - sehr nette Gastgeber, haben alles gezeigt und waren mit Tipps und Hilfen jederzeit erreichbar. - Handtücher und Bettwäsche gegen Aufpreis - nun kommt das (leider) einzige Negative: Wir haben nach einer Wohnung mit Pool gesucht, diese Wohnung kam als Ergebnis. Der Pool ist direkt vor dem Balkon, sehr schön und groß, wird täglich gereinigt - alles super. ABER: vor Ort mussten 120.-/Woche für die Nutzung des Pools an das Hotel gezahlt werden. DAS war leider so nirgendwo beschrieben, schade! Mit vier Kindern und dem Pool vor der Nase: Das muss man einfach dazu buchen. Sind aber immerhin um die 15% der Kosten die nochmal vor Ort (ungeplant) dazu kommen. Deshalb leider keine 5 Sterne!

Grand appartement bien équipé

L'appartement est idéal pour une famille de 5 personnes. IL a de l'espace et de nombreux rangements. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée et les pièces sont meublées avec goût! La piscine est adaptée à toute la famille, la proximité de la plage est très appréciable. Le lieu est calme et tranquille, la région est magnifique et préservée. Merci a Luigi et Stefania pour leur accueil et leurs précieux conseils.

Das Örtchen Nisportino liegt abseits von den gängigen Straßen. Die Ferienanlage ist fast am Ende einer Sackgasse. Das Finden des Apartments erwies sich als nicht so einfach, da an der Anlage keine Hausnummer steht und wir auch nicht wussten, dass das Apartment zu einer Anlage gehört. Es sind eigentlich zwei Wohnungen, die andere war nicht verschlossen von außen und es gab nur den Schlüssel zu einer Tür. Wir waren im April wahrscheinlich die ersten dort, es gibt nur eine rollbare Elekrtoheizung und einen Halogen Heater, der nicht wirklich wärmte. Am Abend waren die Teens in ihrem Zimmer wir in unserem, da wir sonst die Zimmer nicht vorwärmen konnten. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Das ausklappbare Sofa geht gar nicht zum Schlafen, da hat man sonst die Träger des Gestells am Rücken. Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. (Tennisplatz, Pool ungepflegt, keine Beschilderungen, tote Mäuse) Ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Örtchen, eine Strandbar am Meer, die Frühstück anbietet. Bäder sind hübsch, Küche funktional, soweit alles vorhanden. Auch Wasserkocher und Toaster. Zum App. gehören auch 2 Parkplätze.
