Absolutely amazing

I can’t say enough about our stay here. The flat was clean, cozy, and in the perfect location. Simone was so friendly and helpful and gave us the best recommendations for our trip, and was quickly responsive to any questions we had. Check in and check out was seamless. Simone is a fantastic host. No hiccups getting in and she was more than generous with letting us in a wee bit early. Directions for the washer/combo would be handy and perhaps a new mattress for the bed. A dimmer switch for the bathroom would be lovely as well. All in all it was a great place.

Quiet, Clean, & Charming

It was the perfect spot while vacationing in London- quiet and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It had all the needed kitchen supplies for cooking & for light meals. I was able to wash a load of clothes and dry them! The bathroom was large, had hot water , and had plenty of space for my toiletries. Simone the owner was always quick to respond and had great helpful advice and suggestions! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly situated for my needs. Slippers and bathrobe and umbrellas were very welcome! Host was able to accommodate a special request, and the small walled outdoor space at the back of the flat was perfect for a meal al fresco. Enjoyed my stay!

The property exceeded my expectations! It is very convenient to many of London's attractions and transports. I did quite a bit of walking and discovered many excellent local eating establishments and coffee houses. I could even walk only a few blocks to go get a maincure and pedicure that was an excellent deal. The hostess was phenomenal with so many great tips on what to see and do. The cute little courtyard spot offered an opportunity to get some air with the some privacy to have a cup of coffee or do a little work. The communication from the hostess added the cherry on top for my trip! I would definitely stay here again!

The property was steps to the buses, coffee shops, pubs and surrounding neighbors were very nice. I can't say enough about Simone who is the contact for this unit. I needed her help on an issue I had and she was right there. Quick to reach out to us. I saw plenty of parking if you rent a car. We didn't need that but nice to know if we return to London again. We would definitely stay at Simone's again. It was very updated and comfortable.

Beautiful apartment

Just like the host stated, a few minutes stroll to beautiful restaurants/cafes & shops. Public transport about a minute walk, about a 10 minute walk into the famous Sloane Square shops & more cafes/restaurants. The host was so helpful & available, the apartment is on the ground floor of this beautiful terrace building, very clean, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay & felt very safe as hubby was away for a few days on business. Would definitely stay here again, in a heartbeat.

Apartment was clean with nice kitchen and washer/dryer. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and travel stations. Great for a 3-4 day stay. Pretty small for extended stay or time in apartment with one chair and the fold out couch/bed. Simone (host) was fantastic- very responsive with recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Location! Comfort! Communication!

This was a 14 day stay and exceeded our expectations on all levels. Beautifully decorated. Excellent appliances. Close to shops and Pubs/restaurants. In fact the Pub at the end of the block had awesome burgers and fries. Food and grocery delivery were within minutes on the Deliveroo app. Host gave brilliant suggestions and answered questions promptly. She went the extra mile!loved it!

Flat in Pimlico

Although I had lived in London for a year many years ago and have been back many times since, I had never been in Pimlico. The neighborhood was very quiet.The flat is a 20 minute hike from Victoria Station, the nearest underground station, as are the nearest food stores. The owner left a bottle of champagne, which was a nice touch.The Owner was very helpful when I first moved in. We had no contact after that.I couldn't figure out how to use the handheld shower head. There were no instructions on how to fold up and unfold the sofa bed. There was no salt and pepper or paper towels in the kitchen. Some of the light fixtures were strange looking.

My Grandmother was born in this area and I've lived in it for many years. It is one of the best parts of London. I know it really well and all guests will get an extensive links of things to do after booking so that you can plan your stay and live like a local! Plus list of all the nearby major tourist attractions, many within walking distance. You are also only 2 minutew walk from the River Thames and 10 minutes walk from Battersea Park.

What makes this property unique

Lovely private studio with private garden (super rare in London and a big plus in the summer). It's spacious and interior designed and finished to a high standard. Please see the photos. It's also just 5 minutes walk to the boutiques/restaurants/pubs of Belgravia, 10 minutes walk to London Victoria Metro and Train, 5 minutes walk to London Victoria Coach Station and 12 minutes walk to Sloane Square, the heart of Chelsea.
