Prestige Villas Spain are delighted to offer you Villa Maya, This pretty villa is situated in a most superb position on the Cala Esmeralda with wonderful sea views from the upper floor. Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful sandy cove located in the resort of Cala D'Or on the Southeastern coast of Mallorca. The villa is only a 10 minute stroll from two lovely beaches and the town centre is also no more than a 12 minute walk away.
Villa Maya is designed in "Old Ibizan" style and has just undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short path leads up from its gated entrance a lawned garden to the front door. From the entrance we access directly into a spacious, airy, comfortable furnished lounge/dining room with original fireplace. Patio doors open out on to the pool area, whilst at the rear, doors lead to a more private patio area. Renovated kitchen well equipped kitchen and there is a washing machine in the garage for your added convenience.
Leading off from the living room is a pretty twin bedded room, with patio doors to the pool terrace and has shower room with a walk-in shower and WC en-suite. The second and third bedrooms are off from the opposite side of the living room, the first being a smaller twin bedded rooms which has a shower room adjacent. The third is a compact twin bedroom -beds together with shower room en-suite. From the dining area,  stairs lead to the upper floor that enjoy fabulous open sea views. Here there is a living room with a sofa and large sliding doors that connect to a terrace with fantastic sea views. From the living room we access to a bright double bedroom with en suite shower-room. The bedroom has large sliding doors to the terrace with great sea views and also the shower room has access to a small terrace. The upper floor also has access through an exterior stair.


Outside the well furnished split-level terraces with a table and chairs to enjoy "al fresco" meals with open sea views. Close to the terrace there is a kidney shaped pool (6m x 4m), which has a shallow end for children. There is a well kept lawned garden with palm trees and bushes.
