Modern and comfortable flat in a new building located in the north of Gran Canaria, only 200 m from the beach of San Andrés.The flat is located on the first floor of a holiday building, with capacity for three people, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The flat is fully equipped with all the basic utensils necessary to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay.The roof terrace-solarium is shared with two other studios and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the beach. The smaller terrace belonging to the flat is private. All amenities are close by. It is not necessary to rent a car, but we recommend it for flexibility. The driving distance to the city of Las Palmas is about 10min. Good connections to all parts of the island.Shared roof terrace - solarium on the roof of the building with sun loungers and dining table where you can have breakfast overlooking a magnificent view of the beach.
