BAD POINTS No internet, is a extension from the second floor, this apartment is located on 4flor, the Internet never works, l felt a bit upset I had to spend £20 on extra Data for use my own internet. The hot water is short, we have to take a quick Shower, we are 3 persons the last one never had a hot bath. . GOOD POINT. Location, view ,clean.

Un lugar centrico

Estuvimos dos amigas. En general el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y estuvimos muy bien. Lo único que nos falló fue que solo tenia canales italianos y al querernos conectar a internet, no funcionaba, con lo que si algun dia no te hace muy bueno... Pero en general nuestra estancia fue agradable y Formentera es bellisima

Appartamento accogliente e ben funzionante. E' situato in pieno centro a Es Pujols, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla movida. Dal balcone si ha una bella vista sul mare, il che è davvero un altro punto a suo favore...davvero consigliatissimo!!

Alles ok, wir würden so allerdings nicht nochmal wohnen wollen

Das Appartement an sich war ok und sauber. Das einzig störende am Anfang war der Modergeruch, die Silberfische und Ameisen, an die wir uns aber schnell gewöhnt hatten, sie tun ja nichts. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Es Pujols (und auf Formentera), deshalb kannten wir den Ort ja nicht. Der Balkon den Appartements liegt direkt über der Partymeile. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier natürlich falsch. Uns war das vorher nicht klar. Ein Fenster nachts öffnen oder die Balkontür .... daran war nicht zu denken. Ansonsten war alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man hatte praktischerweise den Supermarkt direkt unter sich. Räder abstellen ist ein kleines Problem. So wie auf den Fotos ist es natürlich nicht. Es gab keine Möglichkeiten. Wir wurden von "der Hausmeisterin" (?) angesprochen, dass am Haus "parken" nicht möglich sei. Alles in allem haben wir in der Wohnung trotz allem nette Tage verbracht und die Betreuung vor Ort war auch gut. Eine WhatsApp/Anruf genügte und es wurde sich direkt gekümmert. Lieben Dank dafür. Selbst die Handtücher wurden zwischendurch gewechselt und die Betten neu bezogen. Die Vermieterin selbst haben wir nicht kennengerlernt. Wer eine Unterkunft sucht und selbst gern feiern geht (uns war der Ort einfach zu teuer), der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Ottima posizione

L'appartamento è super centrale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da tutti i locali per la sera, quindi la posizione è perfetta. Il proprietario e il referente in loco sono stati sempre gentili e pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi problematica. Il proprietario ha anche una convenzione con un negozio che affitta motorini/macchina, molto comodi per girare l'isola.

Perfetta come si vede, pulita e molto accogliente.

Sono stato una settimana insieme a mia moglie e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa è perfetta, accogliete e ben funzionante. Si trova al centro ed è tutto a due passi. La persona che ti aspetta è eccezionale nel comunicarti tutte le necessità, e disponibile sempre. Complimenti! CI ritornerò presto...

"Sistemazione ideale per una coppia, ottima posizione per vicinanza a spiaggia, supermercato e locali divertimento. Un romantico plus la vista mare dal terrazzo. Descrizioni e fotografie del sito veritiere. Informazioni dai proprietari sempre veritiere, precise e tempestive. Unico neo che mi impedisce di dare la massima votazione è purtroppo la doccia: scende veramente poca acqua, che diventa praticamente zero se si apre contemporanemante un altro rubinetto."

"L''appartamento è in ottime condizioni, adatto a 2 o tre persone (in 4 forse si sta un pò stretti). direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente uno degli aspetti più positivi. La posizione è ottima, è situato in centro, per cui la sera si possono sentire i rumori dei locali sottostanti, ma è una posizione molto vantaggiosa se si vuole godere anche della vita notturna di Formentera."

"Appartamento in posizione ottima a Es Pujols, accanto a uno dei locali più frequentati, il "The Beach". Nonostante sia in pieno centro è comunque un edificio tranquillo..gli unici disturbi sonori che abbiamo avuto erano dati dagli inquilini di fianco! L''appartamento è in ottimo stato, pulito e abbastanza attrezzato. Dal terrazzino si ha anche vista mare. La spiaggia si trova a due passi dall'' appartamento. Adatto a coppie giovani. Proprietari veramente gentili e disponibili. "
