Fully equipped flat in the heart of an archaeological park. Extremely quiet environment. Bright with a private patio. Close to Castel Gandolfo and Parco dei Castelli Romani and between Ciampino and Fiumicino airports, 30 minutes from the city centre. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 parking spaces are available. Communal garden and shared pool.

This gracefully furnished apartment was refurbished in 2020 and is exceptional for travellers seeking a relaxing and serene place in an excellent location. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay, including dishwasher, kettle, toaster, induction hob and microwave; the dining and living area benefits from lots of light coming from the large window. It has 2 bathrooms. There are 2 separate bedrooms; room one on the ground level has a king-size bed and room two, on the upper floor has 3 single beds. There is also a sofa that can easily be converted into a bed for the 6th and 7th guests. You will have exclusive access to a private patio, fitted with table and chairs, parasol, sunbeds, and barbecue. The apartment has a beautiful fireplace that enhances the mood on winter nights. You will also be sharing the swimming pool with the other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi. The apartment also boasts a SMART TV, air-conditioning and WiFi.
By booking this apartment, guests will benefit from 2 covered parking spaces.

- Please note that the bus stop, which is right in front of the property entrance, is 700 meters away from the apartment itself.

- Please note that you will share the laundry room, the swimming pool and communal garden with other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi.

- You may use the swimming pool from May to September, according to weather conditions.

- Please note that, in case of reservations for the same day, we may need some extra time for the preparation; you will still be able to drop your luggage at your convenience.
