Le Olive 8/4 Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Located in Toscolano-Maderno, in a convenient area with a stunning lake view, inside the residential complex "Le Olive" with pool, a 2-bedroom apartment for a family or group holiday up to 5 people.



This apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests onto the bright living room equipped with a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster; the living room leads, through French doors, to the outdoor private and covered terrace provided with a dining table with chairs, for lakeview lunches and dinners; also, at our guests' disposal a private rear garden. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC. A loft in the living room area, provided with a comfortable double bed for two, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and an additional toilet complete the layout. Guests can benefit from a small laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board located next to the garage.



*The complex is provided with a nice pool with sun beds, available from May 15th to September 30th.



*Guests can use garage that has the following measurements 5 x 3.50m, height 2.40m.



*Pets weighing less than 12 kg are welcome, at an extra charge of €35 per pet per stay.

Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion



The apartment can be reached from the close airport of Verona with a 70-minute drive.
