3 Bedroom Condo- 3 Queen beds and one pull out queen sofa bed. In Seaside Park on 2nd floor in back building. Across the street from Seaside Park Beach and Seaside Heights Boardwalk & Beach. HEATED POOL, SUN DECK overlooking Ocean Ave. Each room has a TV, A/C and ceiling fan.
** LINENS NOT PROVIDED**. Linens Available for rental. Two parking spaces for Unit #403.
On GPS use 33 STOCKTON Ave. Seaside Park. Parking lot is on right. One flight of steps to #403. Community barbecue and laundry room on site. Unit is located in second building on 2nd floor behind pool and parking lot. Bring your own linens, pillows, beach and bath towels.

The apartment was perfect. The location could not be better, right across from the beach and near the start of the boardwalk. Aside the the towels and bedding, everything else we could have needed was provided. The place was clean and beautiful. Such a comfortable stay.

Nice getaway and place

Cute little spot to stay. It accommodated our family of 7! Place was just as listed and included everything we needed for the week. Brenda was amazing to communicate with and very responsive. Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk which was nice. Would definitely stay again if we decide to come back :-)

Great space, great location, great host!

Perfect location 1 block from the beach. Apartment was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed & more. Brenda was super responsive and accommodating: she even left us a baby bathtub & brand new sand toys for the kids. Note that the pool & bbq are in a separate building which isn’t a huge issue but important to keep in mind if you’re planning to bbq & eat outdoors frequently. Our only real complaint was the noise of the air conditioner which made it hard to sleep at night.

Property was amazing and peaceful! Location is close to everything you need! Pool was warm and the other guests were friendly. Didn’t want to leave!!! We would definitely consider coming back next year!! Owner was extremely helpful and very responsive.

Great property. One of the only 3 BRs with a pool we could find in Seaside Park. All of the quiet and clean beaches of Seaside Park with direct access to the boardwalk to stroll over to Seaside Heights. Brenda was a kind, responsive host although there was very little interaction necessary. The property is exactly as described and is even nicer in person than you can tell from the photos.

Loved this place! Very clean, comfy and well stocked for all your cooking needs. Close to beach and boardwalk. The pool was a nice added touch... even though we had to make reservations to swim; it worked out very well. We really enjoyed ourselves.

My family and I stayed at this condo and i must say, the location was perfect if you have small kids. it's close enough to the beginning of the boardwalk but peaceful and quiet. It was clean and had ample space for 4 adults and 2 children.

Great condo! Awesome location!

We stayed at this great condo for a week and couldn't have been happier with the place. so cute and VERY clean!! Towards the end of the boardwalk so it wasn't too noisy at night but close enough to the fun that we hardly had to use our car! Short walk across the street/boardwalk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommend renting this condo. The owner (Brenda) was great and made it a very easy process of getting the keys/beach passes. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at this unit. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach at the beginning of the Seaside Heights boardwalk. 3 Beach badges were included which we used several times. The pool area was great with lounge chairs readily available and a deck where we had lunch. The 3 bedrooms were a perfect size and all had tvs with cable and another large tv in living room. There was a private patio in front of the unit where we watched the Wednesday night fireworks. Brenda was a pleasure to communicate with. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
