Located directly by the sea in a popular facility with a large communal pool in the Torrecilla area, and with peace and a homely feeling inside the apartment. Just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Balcon de Europa, near the Restaurant Stairs, you will find this cozy gem.
On the second floor of the house (elevator available), we welcome you into a bright apartment with preserved Spanish charm! From the hall, you enter a large room with a sofa group, TV, and dining area for 6 people, which is connected to the kitchen that is framed by a beautiful vault. The balcony to the southwest is accessed from the living room, and here you sit undisturbed and drink your coffee overlooking a lush garden filled with the chirping of birds and a glimpse of the sea.
From the hall you reach a spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, bath / shower and modern top-loading washing machine. Two spacious bedrooms that are next to each other - one with a double bed and the other with two comfortable single beds, both with plenty of storage.
The house has a common roof terrace with sun all day and views to all directions, where you can either take up the deck chair or hang the laundry in the sea breeze.
The beach is a few minutes away but if you get tired of the sand you have access to a wonderful pool area with a large lawn, palm trees, sea views, and a year-round open pool (not heated).
