Set over one floor, there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms for up to 4 guests and a family shower room. The spacious lounge with a beamed ceiling is comfortably furnished and has a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and Wi-Fi, a door from here leads to a separate modern kitchen which is fully equipped with integrated appliances, a dining table/chairs and direct access to the terrace. Outside, a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen houses a traditional outdoor kitchen with a brick-built barbecue and outside dining area, ideal for al-fresco dinners. The large private pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and well-kept gardens with lawn, shrubs, Mediterranean trees: a true delight for long relaxing days under the sun. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
