On the road leading from Pollença to Lluc monastery and the scenic west coast mountains, the location of this attractive, stone clad cottage is convenience itself.
Comfortable, homely and unpretentious, Ca'n Pep would be an excellent choice for those not wishing to rely on a car to make the most of their holiday.
Turn right out of the gate and a 650m walk takes you to all the atmosphere and history this esteemed Roman town has to offer as well as a selection of excellent amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, banks, bars and a wonderful range of restaurants (the nearest, a casual local restaurant / tapas bar, is 300m).
Internally, the house décor features local tiles and selected pieces of family memorabilia. Curtains and bed covers in the bedrooms are made from that celebrated, distinctively patterned Mallorcan cloth – a simple, stylish and very effective choice of fabric.
You will find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday including a well equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV with some satellite channels, a DVD and the thoughtful addition of air conditioning in each of the bedrooms.
With dual access off the living room and kitchen, outdoor living is only enhanced by a covered dining terrace with barbecue nearby.
