The GROTTA AZZURRA B villa is the ideal choice for your holiday.
It is located 400 metres from the sea, in a beautiful rocky cove with crystal-clear water (Marina di Novaglie), featuring a stunning natural pool with a sandy bottom that flows into the sea, created from a former small marina—a delight for young and old alike and very accessible for people with disabilities as well.
The villa is just a 5-minute drive from the first sandy beach in Santa Maria di Leuca.
The villa’s location is strategic, as it sits on the coastal road that allows you to quickly reach Otranto (Adriatic coast), Gallipoli (Ionian coast), and the most beautiful seaside towns in southern Salento—all without having to drive through town centers, while enjoying the enchanting sea views.
The house is equipped with satellite TV in every room, FREE Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, mosquito screens on doors and windows, and a BARBECUE for delicious grilled meals.
The villa also features a relaxation area with a SWIMMING POOL equipped with a JACUZZI and WATERFALL, complete with night lighting and an outdoor shower with adjustable water temperature.

Really fabulous property, great location and very well equipped, so nice to arrive and find a variety of food and wine left for us. Plenty of spaces for relaxing, perfect bbq area and swimming pool, and memorising views of the sea. Hopefully we'll return soon. The area is full of good quality restaurants, beautiful beaches and Lecce further up coast was lovely.

Très bonne location

La location est très agréable, au calme, bien équipée. Les 2 terrasses permettent de toujours manger à l’ombre et avec une belle vue sur la mer. La piscine a été très appréciée. Merci à Enza et son mari pour ce beau séjour, tous les conseils et adresses et les cadeaux de bienvenues

Let op geen privé huis

Wij ondervonden bij aankomst dat het hier om een gedeeld huis gaat (en ook zwembad) Wij hebben meteen contact met Vrbo opgenomen, omdat wij het niet in de advertentie hebben kunnen vinden waar dit vermeld stond! Ik klik bij filters ook altijd huis/villa en privezwembad aan. Dit stond/staat ook in de advertentie vermeld! Vrbo geeft vervolgens de klacht door aan de verhuurder die z’n excuses aanbied en de tweede huurweek de andere ruimte vrij houdt voor ons. (Erg vriendelijk natuurlijk) Maar de eerste week zitten wij in een gedeelde accommodatie helaas! Nog een aantal mails gestuurd naar Vrbo maar daar geen enkele reactie meer van mogen ontvangen. Wij vragen niet om een refund terug maar wel dat de advertenties van Vrbo kloppen.

Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Meerblick und sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Grotta Azzura B verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Super séjour

Maison très agréable à vivre, propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillant. Dès que nous avons besoin de quelque chose, ils sont réactifs et font le nécessaire. Beaucoup de boissons, gâteaux, fruits nous ont été offert à notre arrivée avec une petite démonstration culinaire par Enza. Le seul point négatif c’est que dans l’annonce il est noté bain à remous que nous avons pas vu et que la piscine n’est pas vraiment privée car la maison est divisé en 2 locations et au cours de la semaine d’autres locataires sont arrivés. Il a fallut donc partager la piscine ce que nous n’avions pas compris. Il faudrait le préciser dans l’annonce, car c’est un critère de choix primordial lors de nos réservations démonstration culinaire

Maison très propre, spacieuse, agréable, bien exposée face à la mer, tres belle plage à 15mns et bien située pour des visites. Les propriétaires sont super agréables, de bon conseils et très disponibles.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Juli zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir wurden ganz warm und herzlich empfangen, die Gastgeberin hatte uns sogar etwas zu Essen und zu Trinken in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Haus war blitzsauber und das Inventar, samt Küchenutensilien, komplett ausreichend für eine entspannte Zeit. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und mit genügend Liegemöbeln ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit Sorgfalt gepflegt. Ich kann allen Reisenden dieses Haus und deren Besitzer wärmstens empfehlen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Strände in der Gegend sind sehr schön, wenn auch überlaufen in der Saison. Aber was soll’s?! Wo nicht?! Allora, eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für dieses Haus und seine Gastgeber!!!
