Hidden away in the centre of Exeter, Southlands is a grand Georgian house converted into luxury apartments, with free allocated parking.
The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the Centre, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline.
A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV.
The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a 50' Smart TV and free WIFI. The lounge has a large L shaped sofa. The two very large windows provide loads of natural light and look out onto Exeter and the countryside beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a filter coffee machine and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.
The bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed with ample clothes storage and black out curtains. Bed linen and towels provided.
The bedroom leads into a small bathroom with great shower. Complimentary mini toiletries provided.
