This ground floor apartment is located 500m from the sea and the beach. The spacious sun terrace with its beautiful lounge set invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast or aperitif with a view of the dunes. The interior with a high degree of finishing is equipped with every comfort. A few colorful accents and various works of art complete the holiday experience. There is also a spacious underground parking space available for you during your stay. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with Kingsize bed

This is a pleasantly quiet holiday home, ideal for 2 couples. You can reach the sea and the shopping street in 5 minutes by bike or on foot.
Every comfort is present, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace with a view of the dunes. Hotel service with beds made, towels are provided along with a welcome pack of bath amenities.
Dune Floor is a special location by the sea.

There is underground parking for 1 car and space for bicycles

Beds made with quality bedding from Belgian soil, namely the Witte Lietaer provided per guest. If more beds have to be made than the number of guests foreseen, please let us know in advance.
Soft and thick bath towels are provided for each guest.
One large and one small towel per stay of less than 7 days.

Modern und bequem

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Ruhig und fußläufig nah zu Strand, Restaurants (z.B. unser Lieblingsrestaurant Mateus), Geschäften und Trambahn. In Wohnanlage abseits der Hochhäuser. Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche und konnten das Auto in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Professionelle Abwicklung seitens Vanessa: Eine Rückfrage vor Ort wurde prompt beantwortet.
