Elessa Villa is a three-bedroom vacation villa that looks out over scenery of exceptional charm and beauty, with an enchanting view of the Cretan sea and bays. It is an entire private villa with a garden and private pool which is aimed at providing you with a perfectly comfortable and relaxed stay. It stands in a privileged landscape with its sunny, exclusive position. Its geographical position, even though quiet, and secluded, allows you to easily travel to the beautiful little settlement of Gerani, the long sandy beaches of Petres, Kavros or Giorgioupolis, and the medieval jowls of Rethymno and Chania. Elessa Villa is a beautiful villa that welcomes its guests with a very stylish relaxation area and key facilities: the swimming pool in the middle of the terrace, next to a beautiful, well-maintained garden can be used as an outdoor living and dining area for alfresco meals during the pleasant summer days. Indoors, the villa has two floors and can accommodate up to 6 guests: the ground floor is composed of a living room with a suite, satellite color TV, and open fireplace, a dining area with an integrated open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a bathroom with a shower and a storage room. The first floor, reached by a staircase is composed of a second bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a third bedroom with two single beds and balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Framed by walls of natural stone, the outdoor space of Elessa Villa is perfect for spreading out, relaxing, and playing games. It consists of a 40m2 swimming pool with a paddling-pool, a sun terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, and umbrellas, as well as a garden with lawns and ornamental plants. The BBQ facility of the villa is the ideal setting to enjoy a grilled lunch or dinner with friends and family. With its plot and amazing panoramic views, Elessa Villa is inspired by the modern private living vacation model to provide the privacy of your own home, as a leisurely alternative to a day at the beach or sightseeing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Starting from January 1st, 2024 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From March to October, the rate of 10 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to February the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

•First floor: 1 twin bedrooms. It is also possible to convert the twin beds into double beds, 1 double bedroom
