Very poorly maintained property
House not as described We had a long list of issues with this property - including not properly cleaned, no cold water in house bathroom sink, hot water not hot, lounge smelling of cigarettes, gas hob not functioning correctly, loose tile on hearth, loose electrical socket, dirty oven trays, no crockery except bowls, side plates, dinner plates and mugs. Very difficult to prepare and serve a meal here from scratch. Table and chairs only suitable for 6 people and we were 7 (house advertised as for 12). Garden badly neglected- beer cans and boxes left around, large muddy puddle from leaking overflow at the side of the house, lots of cigarette stubs. Contacted agents on arrival and they did respond but no action taken to remedy anything. Have since been offered a derisory 15% reduction!

Great Property, But Property Management Is A Problem
The house was ideal for our family of 5 (we had one more bedroom than needed). It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The backyard needs some TLC. I know there has been a heatwave, but that doesn't explain why the backyard would look so depressing. The beds need to be cleaned out and trimmed. I do not like the fact that there is a camera inside the house. We asked the property management about this, and they said the cameras are disabled. If that is the case, then take them down. Regarding the property management: When we first arrived, the house did not have fans for the bedrooms. When we asked if there were any in the house, they said we could go buy some and they would reimburse us (up to a certain amount). I have no idea where to buy fans, and don't want to waste my short vacation time doing so. There should have already been fans in the house for guests in the summer. Since there weren't any, they should have bought them and provided them immediately and not pawn the responsibility off on me. The biggest issue was the stove. We couldn't get it to light on the first night. I sent a message and they said to check the fuse. The next day they asked for a video which I sent. The next day they said they couldn't see the video. The next day they said try to use the lighter next to the stove, but there was no lighter (which we only discovered after returning home and didn't want to go back out). The next day they asked me to go buy a lighter and they would reimburse me :(
