Well stocked, clean, and quiet

We loved this place!! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, super clean, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to everything and really quiet at night.

Cartagena Oasis

The apartment is fantastically located in central Cartagena. We were able to park our rental car in Ricardo's secure underground and spacious parking. We left it there for our 2 day stay and walked everywhere. The port is about a 25 minute walk and we took a tourist boat tour (6 Euros), 45 minutes and highly recommended. We walked to the Roman Theater and Roman Forum. There is a tapas restaurant 2 minute walk from Ricardo's place called Alameda Tapas. We had a dinner and 2 breakfasts there. Outstanding food and very reasonable priced. There is a market about 2 minutes walk that has everything you could possibly want. Overall it was an excellent base for our stay and we would go again if we are ever in Cartagena again.

Superbe séjour dans un appartement idéal

Ricardo et Mila sont des hôtes très agréables et réactifs. Qui n'hésitent pas à donner des renseignements. L'organisation pour l'arrivée et le départ est parfaite malgré une langue différente. Le logement est très propre, équipé parfaitement, four, micro onde, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, gel douche, serviettes de toilette, draps, duvets, climatisation, matériel bébé si besoin , jusqu'à la vaisselle pour bébé !...et tant d'autres choses encore. Le logement est très bien situé, nous étions à 15 mn du centre historique, 25 mn du port à pieds. Le parking pour la voiture est très appréciable. Nous gardons cette adresse pour de futures vacances. Estancia de cinco estrellas

Mi estancia en Cartagena en el piso propiedad de Ricardo y Mila ha sido de 10. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, ubicado en una zona buenísima con El Corte Inglés a unos metros y locales para poder comer o tapear. También cerca una Farmacia 24 horas y otros comercios. Si fuera de nuevo a Cartagena y si se encontrara disponible en la fecha que me interesara sin duda volvería a reservar para poder disponer de esta vivienda. Además que tampoco le falta ningún detalle provista de todos los electrodomésticos en la cocina y el aire acondicionado instalado en el salón y en dos dormitorios. En resumen, recomiendo a todos los que piensen pasar una vacaciones en Cartagena la vivienda de Ricardo y Mila ya que no se van a arrepentir para nada, más bien van a tener una estancia de cinco estrellas.

Wunderbar

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Woche mit unserer Familie in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Kontakt mit Ricardo war jederzeit unkompliziert und zeitnah. Es wurde auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben auch Ausflugstipps bekommen. Auch ein großes Kompliment an Yuly, die uns auf sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Art empfangen hat. Ein erstes Frühstück für unseren ersten Morgen war auch vorhanden. Unser Enkelkind hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und spielte gerne mit den bereitgestellten Spielsachen. Der Balkon war goldwert und die Aussicht über Cartagena und die Promenade waren fantastisch. Der Parkplatz in der Garage war sehr praktisch. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Ricardo und viele Grüße aus Deutschland. Familie Eisenmann

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location d'une propreté irréprochable et vraiment très très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la place de parking. Nous avons un long recul sur les locations de vacances et , franchement , c'est de loin une des plus agréables que nous avons louée. Les photos ne sont pas menteuses et conformes à la réalité. Peut-être le seul petit bémol... si je devais être un peu tatillonne - nous ne sommes pas des citadins donc peu habitués aux bruits de la ville - le boulevard en bas de la rue est vraiment très passant . Je recommande vivement cette location.

Grâce à votre commentaire nous avons pu résoudre le problème de bruit qui affectait une chambre. Nous avons mis une double fenêtre avec une isolation spéciale et maintenant on n'entend plus rien.
