Flat facing the sea, with capacity for six people, located in the Costa Marina III building in the Marina d Or urbanisation, in an area with a pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It is very close to the water park Polinesia, and about a hundred metres from the Mercadona.
The flat is situated on staircase 4, with beautiful frontal views to the sea and the swimming pool. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite in the double bedroom with bathtub, equipped kitchen to cook in it and air conditioning. It has a wifi router installed for exclusive use.
The building has a parking space for each flat, swimming pool managed by the residents' association, children's playground and parking for bicycles. It also has a social club, with a small gym and a sitting area for reading or socialising with the neighbours. It is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the beach area from the front of the building.

SEJOUR SATISFAISANT
Très bel appartement avec une très jolie vue sur la mer et les jardins avec une grand terrasse très agréable. Nous y avons passé deux excellentes semaines mais nous tenons néanmoins a signaler quelques petites incommodités : le lit matrimonial est mauvais, le matelas s'enfonce et fait du bruit, dans la cuisine, il manque beaucoup de choses : il n'y a que deux grandes bassines pour faire chauffer de l'eau, pas de bouilloire ni de petite casserole il n'y avait que deux tasses pour le petit déjeuner dont l'une était fêlée, il n'y avait pas de saladier (ni petit, ni grand) Pas non plus de dessous de plat Il serait souhaitable que le propriétaire améliore tout cela ce qui rendrait le séjour des prochains locataires plus facile.
