Come and enjoy our large and bright apartment in Tuscany! You'll enjoy your own cozy and private lodging with a charming atmosphere, typical Italian vaulted brick ceilings and modern decor. You will be close to several famous cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, etc.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a central building in Piazza da Peccioli.
We have a spacious and bright apartment that has been completely renovated. The space consists in living - kitchen - dining room, a fully renovated bathroom, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and second bedroom with bunk beds, a complementary sofa bed, central heating, Air conditioner, and laundry room with washer-dryer, all new appliances and hi-speed Wi-Fi.
Enjoy the wood fireplace while watching a movie after a nice dinner out at one of the different fine restaurants right downstairs.
If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen is ready with all you need to prepare a nice Italian meal.
Enjoy the new beds and mattresses, equipped with 2 pillows per person and brand-new bed linen, including an all-seasons duvet.
Don’t forget to fill up the freezer with the best gelato!

Ein Schmuckstück in der Toskana

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem niedlichen kleinen Bergdorf Peccioli verbracht. Für Ausflüge zu den gefragten Orten der Toskana ist die Ferienwohnung wirklich ideal gelegen und dazu bestens ausgestattet, so dass man auch gut "zu Hause" kochen kann. Die Housekeeper Francesca und Lorenzo haben uns mit allerlei hilfreichen und interessanten Tipps versorgt und waren immer erreichbar - vielen Dank! Das Parkhaus lässt sich wunderbar über den Fahrstuhl erreichen und hier ein Wochenticket für einen sicheren Parkplatz lösen. Daumen doch!

We are a couple and stayed in this apartment for one month and found it to be very convenient and well appointed, the king bed in particular is very comfortable. The apartment presents much like the photos albeit that the furnishings are not as new as they once were. The paid parking option is very conveniently located to the apartment with a lift that takes you up to the town and then a mere 150 meter walk to your front door, the cost of parking is also very reasonable particularly for longer stays. The town of Peccioli really was a very pleasant surprise, it is so quiet during the week… except for the local market held in the centre of town each Tuesday, and comes alive on weekends following its recent Best Town win on a popular Italian TV show. Most weekends there always seemed to be a cultural event of some sort happening that was always well patronised by locals which was a welcome contrast to the better known and more touristic towns in Tuscany. This apartment and the town of Peccioli really are a great choice as a base for anyone looking to explore the Tuscan region

Loved our stay in Peccioli

Lorenzo was amazing and gave us a ton of info in places to see and things to do. The apartment is super—probably the nicest one we stayed in in Italy.

appartement confortable au centre de la Toscane.

merci Lorenzo et sa compagne nous avons été bien accueillis, l'appartement très spacieux et confortable on se sentait comme à la maison, nous avons apprécié le lit King size très confortable. Le village de Peccioli très jolie avec de beaux paysages, bien placé pour les visites de toute la région de la Toscane en voiture. Nous avons passé 15 jours en Italie et nous partons avec de beaux souvenirs . Merci et bon choix pour l'appartement.

It is located in the central square of a small town called Peccioli with several tourist attractions, museums and permanent art shows. They attract the attention of various visitors.
