The apartment was previously owned by a local artist who made himself the interiors of the studio. I fell in love with the contrast between the very old and historic building and the special flair that the apartment expresses.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located in a historic part of the city, very close to attractions such as Palmarnia, Monopolis, Ksiezy Mlyn complex, and museums. its 1 block away from Pilsudskiego street and 10 minutes walk from Piotrkowska street and the city center.
